Ideal for concrete and masonry. V.O.C. compliant water-based impregnating sealer, which penetrates grout, concrete and masonry surfaces to protect against water staining while allowing substrate to properly breath. Will not change surface appearance or slip resistance. Excellent pre-sealer and grout release.
