Chemsafe 500W Lockdown is a post removal lockdown encapsulant solution provided premixed for your convenience. Chemsafe Lockdown is an encapsulant which provides for the lockdown of microscopic asbestos fibers to the substrate via the forming of a flexible resinous barrier. This flexible barrier also serves a dual purpose by priming the substrate and allowing for the adhesion of secondary coatings.

Essential for use during the mandatory sealing of microscopic asbestos fibers subsequent to asbestos removal
Acceptable for use as a penetrating encapsulant as provided
