Nano technology provides superior lay-down gloss, durability, soil resistance, gloss build, markresistance, and dry/recoat times. Ammonia-free for dramatically reduced odor. High solids formula offers greater protection with fewer coats. Ideal for limited maintenance programs, yet also responds to daily burnishing. Low emissions formula meets California’s new 1% VOC Regulation. Fast-drying 15-20 minutes under normal conditions of 50% humidity and 70F between coats. Acrylic Emulsion. Form – Opaque milky white liquid. Bland fragrance. Weight per gallon 8.58 pounds. pH 7.0 – 8.0. Floor Solids 22%. Minimum 1 Year storage stable. Covers up to 3000 square feet per gallon. Protect From Freezing. VOC less than 1%. Properties are typical and subject to usual manufacturing tolerances.
