Foster Protektor sealant encapsulant penetrates deeply into the asbestos containing materials, and then dries to form a firm, lightweight damage-resistant surface.

Foster 32-22 has been extensively tested by Battelle Columbus laboratories and is on-the list of products deemed acceptable by the U.s. Environmental protection agency. Foster 32-22 Protektor sealant encapsulant is produced under the classification and follow up service of Underwriters Laboratories, Inc. It meets NFPA 90A and 90B 25/50 requirements.
