Saiger’s 10 Below was a 3 year project to create the perfect safer cleaning formula that packs a punch for cleaning of carpets, tile and grout and some upholstery. (Not recommended for fine fabric upholstery). 10 Below has a 9.5 pH, with great cleaning characteristics and safer cleaning chemistry in a powder pre-spray. Most 10 pH and below pre-sprays are liquid and loaded with butyl and solvents to help clean. We wanted to create a great cleaning product with none of these items. In our relentless Saiger’s field testing, we discovered that 10 Below could keep up with higher pH pre-sprays, without using more harmful butyl solvents, NTA’s and d-Limonene.SUGGESTED USE: Mix 10 Below in warm to hot water (preferably soft water) and prespray the carpet using a quality pump or electric sprayer or Hydro-Force Injection sprayer. Agitate thoroughly using a counter rotating brush machine (CRB) and extract with suitable extraction agent such as Saiger’s Deep Blue.
