The ROBERTS 5 in carpet seam roller was designed to seam loop pile carpets. It hides the carpet seam by bringing the fibers together to show as little seam as possible. The steel, star wheel rollers also improve the transfer of hot-melt tape adhesive into the carpet for a stronger seam.
