Maxim Advanced Carpet Protector provides the latest in fluorochemical technology, offering maximum resistance to water, oil and dry soils, as well as stains caused by acid dyes found in many foods and fluids.  Its proprietary and unique formulation requires considerably less water than other protectors, resulting in much faster drying times. Dilution:  Dilute by mixing 1 part Maxim with 2 parts water.  Apply to freshly cleaned carpet using quality pump or electric sprayer maintaining 35 to 50 psi, with an 8004 or 8005 jet. Apply evenly, brush or groom into carpet and allow to dry.  Maxim can be applied to wet or dry carpet with the same dilution. 
Coverage:  Standard coverage rate is 400 – 800 sq. ft. per RTU gallon depending on fiber type, fiber density or pile height. 
Alternate Dilution:  For use with Hydro-Force™ sprayer, remove metering tip to achieve a 1 to 4 dilution.  This change in dilution will change the coverage rate.  If using an injection sprayer, plan 300 – 600 sq. ft. per RTU gallon vs standard coverage rate.  Apply evenly, brush or groom into carpet and allow to dry.
