Outset has a non-foaming formulation that gives optimum cleaning results and never leaves behind a sticky residue. Thanks to its potent cleaning properties that slice through the oily binders on upholstery soil like a hot knife through butter, Outset virtually eliminates the risk of over-scrubbing and over wetting.
