Serum SBC is intended to be used as a Spray & Wipe product to clean surfaces of mold & mildew BLOOM . The mold and mildew that form on the surfaces is referred to as Mold Bloom . This Bloom is the result of temperature and moisture levels high enough to allow surface mold and mildew to grow while the structure is closed for long periods. Serum SBC is also vey effective at cleaning CAT 1 and CAT 2 water loses. Serum SBC is a cleaner/remover that completes the job of cleaning surfaces after a water loss. Serum SBC will remove all the dust, dirt and organic contamination as well as kill the odor associated with mold and mildew growth. It will also tend to bleach any stains that the mold and mildew leave behind. Serum SBC will enhance surface colors and brighten dull surfaces. After using Serum SBC, the space will smell fresh and clean.
Serum SBC how it works: it’s designed to break surface tension to wet the surface, penetrate into the substrate to LIFT OUT the organic soils and contamination. Once the organics are emulsified and LIFTED OUT of the substrate and off the surface, the sequestering agents surround the soil molecules so they stay suspended in the solution, this prevents re-deposition of the organic soil. Wiping the surface will remover 99% of all the organics from the surface. The product itself is 99.99% volatile, so nearly all the product evaporates leaving nothing toxic behind on the now clean surface. The raw material that is left behind at the 0.001% is the surfactant which is on the EPA GRAS list (Generaly Regarded As Safe)
